My consultancy provides tailor-made, affordable consultancy to a wide range of clients, from the largest national bodies to the smallest independent museums. I specialise in governance, strategy and policy development, enabling organisational change, project management, NLHF and grant bids, collections management, consultation and facilitation.

I have a flair for facilitation and networking within the cultural heritage sector, providing the context and expertise required to ensure successful delivery of projects; my approach is practical, pragmatic and always delivered with a friendly and professional style.
